Overview

OfficeMCP is a Model Context Protocol server that lets you read, create, and convert Office and PDF documents directly from your AI assistant. Work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CSV files as callable tools instead of switching between applications and copy-pasting by hand.

The server runs locally on your machine via the mcpproducts-office package using uvx. No authentication is required—it works out of the box by speaking MCP over stdio. The latest release is v0.1.1, available from https://gw.mcpproducts.com.
