Overview

Npm is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Structured npm/pnpm operations (install, audit, outdated, list) as typed JSON. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use Npm as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.
