Noderail is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Provenance and governance layer for AI-readable knowledge. NodeRail answers what AI should trust. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.
It runs locally: the npm package @noderail/mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need NODERAIL_REPO_PATH. The current release is v1.0.1.
