New Relic MCP Server

Overview

New Relic MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Secure, self-hosted New Relic observability and administration tools for MCP clients. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the npm package @meet-bhalodiya/newrelic-mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need NEW_RELIC_API_KEY. The current release is v1.0.0, published under the Apache-2.0 license, with source at Meet-Bhalodiya/newrelic-mcp on GitHub.
