NDI-MCP-Server

Overview

NDI-MCP-Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Commercial real estate deal search, comp lookup, and scoring for the Northeast US. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the Python package ndi-mcp-server (via uvx) speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need NDI_API_KEY. The current release is v1.0.2, published under the MIT license, with source at CREIntel/ndi-mcp-server on GitHub.
