MERN MCP

Overview

MERN MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Scaffolds MERN CRUD resources into existing Express and React codebases. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use MERN MCP as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.

It runs locally: the npm package mern-mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need MERN_MCP_PROJECT_ROOT. The current release is v0.1.0, with source at IrtezaAsadRizvi/mern-mcp on GitHub.
