Overview

Meridian is a Model Context Protocol server that provides persistent memory, task coordination, and human-in-the-loop queuing for AI coding sessions. By implementing MCP, it lets AI assistants access these capabilities as callable tools, eliminating manual copy-pasting between applications.

You can run Meridian two ways: connect to the hosted endpoint at https://usemeridian.us/mcp/sse without any local setup, or install it locally on your machine using npx -y @meridianmcp/mcp. No authentication is required. The latest release is v1.0.2, and the full source code is available at meridianmcp/Meridian on GitHub.
