mendapi

Overview

mendapi is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Detect API breaking changes, scan your codebase for impact, and draft the fix. Runs locally. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call mendapi's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the npm package mendapi speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v0.5.6, published under the AGPL-3.0 license, with source at mendapi/mendapi on GitHub.
