Memex

Overview

Memex is an MCP server that brings Zettelkasten-style note-taking to AI agents. It creates a bidirectional link network for agent memory, letting Claude, Cursor, and other AI assistants store, retrieve, and connect ideas as they work. Instead of context getting lost between sessions, Memex builds a persistent knowledge graph that grows smarter as your AI collaborators learn.

Install Memex locally with npx -y @touchskyer/memex. It runs on your machine over stdio, requires no authentication, and works immediately after setup. Version v0.1.8 is available now under the MIT license.
