Memex

Overview

Memex is a Model Context Protocol server that creates one searchable memory of your Claude.ai chats and Claude Code sessions. It integrates directly with your AI assistant, exposing your conversation history as tools the model can access and query on your behalf.

Memex runs locally on your machine via the Python package memex-chats, installed with uvx memex. It communicates with your MCP client over stdio and requires no authentication or credentials to get started. The latest release is v0.2.3, published under the MIT license, with source code available at dioniipereyraa/memex on GitHub.
