Overview

Mcp Twilio is a Model Context Protocol server that connects AI assistants to Twilio's global communication platform. It enables SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, Verify, and Lookup capabilities across 180+ countries, letting any MCP-compatible AI model call these tools directly within conversations and agent workflows.

The server runs locally via the npm package @codespar/mcp-twilio, communicating over stdio on your machine. You'll need a Twilio account with TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID and TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN environment variables configured.
