Overview

Mcp Shopify connects your AI assistant to Shopify's Admin REST API through the Model Context Protocol. Any MCP-compatible client can use its tools to query and manage orders, products, customers, inventory, and fulfillments—letting the model decide when to invoke them during conversations or agent workflows.

The server runs locally via the npm package @codespar/mcp-shopify, communicating over stdio. You'll need to provide SHOPIFY_SHOP and SHOPIFY_ACCESS_TOKEN as environment variables for authentication. Version v0.2.2 is available now under the MIT license, with full source code hosted at codespar/mcp-dev-latam on GitHub, where the project has accumulated 269 stars.
