Overview

Mcp Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Healthcare reference data for AI agents: providers, drugs, diagnoses, labs, codes, claims. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the npm package @fhirfly-io/mcp-server speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need FHIRFLY_API_KEY. The current release is v0.9.0, published under the MIT license, with source at FHIRfly-io/fhirfly-mcp-server on GitHub.
