Overview

Mcp Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: SEC filings and financial data for AI agents: 46 tools for financials, valuation and supply chains. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Mcp Server's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the npm package @evidinvest/mcp-server speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. The current release is v1.1.2, published under the MIT license, with source at EvidInvest/mcp on GitHub.
