Overview

Mcp Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Render videos from VideoJSON + 249+ templates via the iLoveVideoEditor API. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the npm package @ilovevideoeditor/mcp-server speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need VF_API_KEY. The current release is v1.0.1, published under the Apache-2.0 license, with source at ilovevideoeditor/mcp-server on GitHub.
