Overview

Mcp Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Search TradeSearcher strategies and backtests from Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other agents. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the npm package @tradesearcher/mcp-server speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need TRADESEARCHER_API_KEY. The current release is v0.1.1, published under the MIT license, with source at vnguyen42/tradesearcher-agent-tools on GitHub.
