Mcp Local Rag

Overview

Mcp Local Rag is a Model Context Protocol server that delivers semantic code and documentation search with keyword boost capabilities. It provides abstract syntax tree code navigation and automatic Hugging Face mirror functionality, all running locally to keep your data private and under your control.

The server installs as a local npm package via npx -y @damoqiongqiu/mcp-local-rag and requires no authentication to get started. It communicates with MCP clients over stdio on your machine. Version v0.21.0 is available under the MIT license, with source code at damoqiongqiu/mcp-local-rag on GitHub.

Mcp Local Rag is listed in the Development category and works with MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain this server, claim your listing to verify ownership and keep information up to date.
