Overview

Mcp Bastion is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Reliability + security proxy for MCP: runtime tool-security and a compliance-mapped audit trail. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the npm package mcp-bastion speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v0.6.1, published under the Apache-2.0 license, with source at Gowthaman90/mcp-bastion on GitHub.
