Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that lets you manage Appwrite projects, databases, auth, storage, functions, and messaging directly from your AI assistant. It also gives you the ability to search Appwrite docs, making it easy to look up information while you work. As an MCP server, it exposes all of this functionality as tools your AI model can invoke on your behalf.

You can run Mcp in two ways: connect to the hosted endpoint at https://mcp.appwrite.io/ with no setup required, or install it locally on your machine using uvx mcp-server-appwrite. The current release is v0.8.58, published under the MIT license with source code available at appwrite/mcp on GitHub, where it has 71 stars.
