Overview

Mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Publish HTML or Markdown from any MCP client to a live, shareable URL on htmldrop.app. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

You can run Mcp two ways: connect to the hosted endpoint at https://htmldrop.app/mcp with no local install, or run it on your own machine via the npm package @htmldrop.app/mcp. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need HTMLDROP_API_TOKEN. The current release is v0.3.5.
