MCP Anvil is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Local MCP gateway daemon: route, audit, and inspect MCP servers from one config. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.
It runs locally: the Python package mcp-anvil (via uvx) speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v0.2.0.
