Mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Web intelligence for AI agents: fetch, render, extract, research. x402 micropayments, no API keys. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.
You can run Mcp two ways: connect to the hosted endpoint at https://mcp.clawfetch.ai/mcp with no local install, or run it on your own machine via the npm package @clawfetch/mcp. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need CLAWFETCH_PRIVATE_KEY. The current release is v0.2.2, published under the MIT license, with source at clawfetch/clawfetch-mcp on GitHub.
