Mailbridge

Overview

Mailbridge is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Connect your AI assistant to email — read, search, send, and organise via IMAP/SMTP. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the npm package mailbridge-mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v2.6.1, published under the MIT license, with source at Creativestefan/mailbridge-mcp on GitHub.
