Maias

Overview

Maias is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Validate, query, safely edit, and wireframe MAIAS app-IA documents: cascading renames, atomic edits. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use Maias as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.

It runs locally: the npm package @maias/mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v0.5.1, published under the Apache-2.0 license, with source at MAIAS-project/maias on GitHub.
