Lunch Money

Overview

Lunch Money is an MCP server that brings your personal finance management into AI assistants. It exposes transactions, budgets, categories, and more as tools your AI can invoke, letting you query and manage your finances conversationally through any MCP client.

The server runs locally via the npm package @akutishevsky/lunchmoney-mcp. Installation is straightforward: npx -y @akutishevsky/lunchmoney-mcp. You'll need to provide your LunchMoney API credentials through the LUNCHMONEY_API_TOKEN environment variable. The latest release is v3.0.0, published under the MIT license with source code available at akutishevsky/lunchmoney-mcp on GitHub.
