Overview

Lore is a Model Context Protocol server that enables cross-agent memory management through hybrid recall, knowledge graphs, and flexible visibility controls. It lets AI assistants store, retrieve, and share information across conversations while supporting private and shared memories with optional redaction.

The server runs locally on your machine via the lore-sdk package, installed with uvx lore-sdk. It communicates over stdio and requires no authentication—it works immediately after installation. The current release is v1.4.2, distributed under the MIT license with source code available at agentkitai/lore on GitHub.
