Localstack

Overview

Localstack is a Model Context Protocol server that lets AI agents interact with local AWS infrastructure. Any MCP-compatible AI assistant can use Localstack's tools to work with AWS services running on your machine, deciding when and how to call them during conversations or agent workflows.

The server runs locally via the npm package @giovane.martins/localstack, communicating over stdio. It requires an API key for authentication. Version v1.1.5 is available under the MIT license, with source code at giovanemartins/localstack-mcp-server on GitHub.
