LionScraper MCP + CLI + HTTP API (Python)

Overview

LionScraper MCP is a Python server that bridges AI assistants to the LionScraper browser extension through the Model Context Protocol. Any MCP-compatible AI can call LionScraper's tools directly, letting the model decide when to scrape and extract data from web pages as part of a conversation or agent workflow.

The server runs locally on your machine via the Python package lionscraper, installed with uvx lionscraper. It communicates with MCP clients over stdio and requires no authentication or credentials to get started. The latest release is v1.0.6, published under the MIT license with source code available at dowant/lionscraper-mcp on GitHub.
