Overview

Keymem is a Model Context Protocol server that provides associative key-graph memory for LLM agents. Unlike vector similarity approaches, it enables agents to recall information through semantic associations, making memory retrieval more intuitive and context-aware for AI assistants working with structured knowledge.

Install locally with npx -y keymem. The server runs on your machine over stdio and requires no authentication or external credentials. Version v0.17.0 is available under the MIT license from donggyun112/keymem on GitHub.

Keymem is listed in the Memory category and works with all MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, and others. If you maintain Keymem, claim this listing to verify ownership and keep information up to date.

▸npm package — keymem · MCP over stdio
