Keymaster Mcp

Overview

Keymaster Mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Read-only runtime secret retrieval from HashiCorp Vault via Keymaster for autonomous AI agents. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Keymaster Mcp's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the npm package @akari-os/keymaster-mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need USER_KEYMASTER_URL, USER_KEYMASTER_TOKEN. The current release is v1.0.2, with source at AInoAKARI/keymaster-mcp on GitHub.
