Intervals Icu Mcp

Overview

Intervals Icu Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that connects your fitness data to AI assistants. It reads and writes to Intervals.icu, letting you access activities, wellness logs, calendar events, gear, and workouts directly through Claude, Cursor, VS Code, and other MCP clients as callable tools.

The server runs locally via the Python package intervals-icu-mcp, installed with uvx intervals-icu-mcp.
