Imessage Max is a Model Context Protocol server built to integrate iMessage with AI assistants on macOS. It lets Claude, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients read, search, and send messages directly through iMessage — the AI decides when to use these tools based on what makes sense in the conversation.

The server runs locally on your Mac via the uvx imessage-max command. It requires no credentials and works out of the box, communicating with your MCP client over stdio. Version v0.4.4 is available now under the MIT license, with full source code at cyberpapiii/imessage-max on GitHub.
