Hibp

Overview

Hibp is a Model Context Protocol server that connects AI assistants to the Have I Been Pwned (HIBP) API. Any MCP-compatible AI can call its tools directly, letting the model decide when to query breach data during conversations or agent runs.

The server runs locally via the npm package @darrenjrobinson/hibp-mcp, communicating over stdio. You'll need to provide HIBP_API_KEY and HIBP_SUBSCRIPTION_PLAN as environment variables.
