Overview

Hevy (unofficial) is a Model Context Protocol server that lets you create Hevy routines and analyze your training data through conversation. It brings your workout management into AI assistants by exposing Hevy functionality as tools your AI can use. This is an unofficial implementation that requires your own Hevy PRO API key.

Run Hevy (unofficial) either by connecting to the hosted endpoint at https://hevy-coach.ajwallacemusic.workers.dev/mcp with no setup required, or install it locally via npx -y @almostjacked/hevy-mcp. The latest release is v0.1.0, distributed under the MIT license with source code available at almostjacked/hevy-mcp on GitHub.
