Health Data (your own Supabase)

Overview

Health Data (your own Supabase) is an MCP server that exposes your health metrics—weight, macros, weigh-ins—as callable tools for AI assistants. Your data stays in your own Supabase instance, giving you complete control and zero custody concerns. Instead of copying health data between apps, Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients can query and manage it directly through MCP.

The server runs locally via the npm package @almostjacked/health-mcp, speaking MCP over stdio. You'll need to provide SUPABASE_URL and SUPABASE_SECRET_KEY as environment variables to connect to your database. The latest release is v0.1.3, published under the MIT license with source code available at almostjacked/health-mcp on GitHub.
