Guardvibe

Overview

Guardvibe is a Model Context Protocol server that provides a deterministic security layer for AI systems. It includes 462 rules and 39 tools designed to enforce consistent security policies, alongside a CLI, doctor utility, and host audit capabilities. By implementing MCP, Guardvibe lets AI assistants call security checks directly as tools rather than requiring manual context switching between applications.

Guardvibe runs entirely on your local machine via the npm package installed with npx -y guardvibe. It communicates through MCP over stdio and requires no authentication or external credentials to operate.
