Overview

Google Drive MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: MCP server for the Google Drive API: search, upload, download, organize and share files. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the npm package @a1-x-tech/mcp-google-drive speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. The current release is v0.1.0, published under the MIT license, with source at A1-x-Tech/mcp-google-drive on GitHub.
