Overview

Good Eggs is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: MCP server for Good Eggs grocery shopping automation using Playwright. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Good Eggs's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the npm package good-eggs-mcp-server speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need GOOD_EGGS_USERNAME, GOOD_EGGS_PASSWORD.
