Gmail MCP

Overview

Gmail MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: MCP server for the Gmail API: search, read and send email, manage drafts, labels and the trash. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Gmail MCP's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the npm package mcp-google-gmail speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. The current release is v0.1.0, published under the MIT license, with source at A1-x-Tech/mcp-google-gmail on GitHub.
