Ghostlink

Overview

Ghostlink is a Model Context Protocol server that provides sandboxed repository access for coding agents. It enables search, read, patch, run, and git operations all confined within a designated repository root, allowing MCP-compatible AI assistants to interact with your codebase safely and directly.

The server runs locally via the npm package @bgorzelic/ghostlink, communicating over stdio. You'll need to set the GHOSTLINK_REPO_ROOT environment variable to specify which repository Ghostlink can access. The current release is v0.1.0, published under the ISC license with source code available at bgorzelic/ghostlink on GitHub.
