Gemini

Overview

Gemini is an MCP server that brings Google Gemini's capabilities directly into Claude Code as callable tools. Instead of switching between applications, you can invoke Gemini models seamlessly within your AI workflow through the Model Context Protocol.

The server runs locally via the npm package claude-gemini-mcp, which communicates over stdio on your machine. Installation is simple: npx -y claude-gemini-mcp. You'll need to provide your GEMINI_API_KEY as an environment variable to authenticate with Google's API.
