Garminmcp

Overview

Garminmcp is a Model Context Protocol server that brings privacy-first access to Garmin Connect data for AI health, sleep, activity, and recovery agents. It exposes your fitness and wellness information as tools that AI assistants can invoke, letting you build intelligent health workflows powered by your Garmin device data.

The server runs locally on your machine via the npm package garmin-mcp-unofficial, communicating over stdio with your MCP client. It requires an API key for authentication and is published under the MIT license at v0.5.3. The source code lives at davidmosiah/garmin-mcp on GitHub.
