FreelanceOS is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Freelance business manager — clients, proposals, invoices, time tracking, scope, and follow-ups. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.
You can run FreelanceOS two ways: connect to the hosted endpoint at https://freelance-os-production.up.railway.app/mcp with no local install, or run it on your own machine via the npm package freelance-os. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need FREELANCEOS_API_KEY. The current release is v0.2.2.
