Overview

Formio Mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Create and manage Form.io forms, resources, actions, roles, and projects from your AI agent. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use Formio Mcp as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.

It runs locally: the npm package @formio/mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. The current release is v0.12.2, published under the MIT license, with source at formio/ai on GitHub.
