Fitness Tools

Overview

Fitness Tools is a Model Context Protocol server that brings deterministic fitness calculators directly into your AI assistant. It computes TDEE, adaptive TDEE, body fat percentage, one-rep max, and macronutrient targets with consensus-based algorithms, letting Claude, Cursor, VS Code, and other MCP clients invoke these tools on your behalf.

You can use Fitness Tools two ways: connect to the hosted endpoint at https://fitness-tools-mcp.ajwallacemusic.workers.dev/mcp without any local setup, or install the npm package @almostjacked/fitness-tools-mcp on your machine. No authentication is required. The latest release is v0.3.4 under the MIT license; source code lives at almostjacked/fitness-tools on GitHub.

Listed in Development, Fitness Tools integrates with MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain this server, claim your listing to verify ownership and keep information current.
