Figma Context Mcp

Overview

Figma Context Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that makes Figma accessible to LLM-powered assistants. Any MCP-compatible AI can call its tools directly, letting the model decide when to pull design data or interact with Figma files during conversations and agent runs.

The server runs locally via the npm package @tmegit/figma-developer-mcp, communicating with MCP clients over stdio. You'll need to provide your FIGMA_API_KEY as an environment variable to authenticate.
