Overview

Festo Codesys Mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: MCP server for Festo/CODESYS PLCs: IEC 61131-3 ST + validated PLCopen XML generation. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the npm package festo-codesys-mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v1.0.1.
