Fatsecret Mcp

Overview

Fatsecret Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that connects Claude and other AI assistants to the FatSecret API. It exposes food search, nutrition tracking, diary management, recipes, and weight tracking as tools your AI can invoke directly, giving you conversational access to comprehensive food and health data.

The server runs locally via the npm package fatsecret-mcp. Install it with npx -y fatsecret-mcp and configure three environment variables: FATSECRET_CLIENT_ID, FATSECRET_CLIENT_SECRET, and FATSECRET_CONSUMER_SECRET. Version v0.0.8 is available under the MIT license; source code lives at fliptheweb/fatsecret-mcp on GitHub.
