Editmamei

Overview

Editmamei is a Model Context Protocol server that brings natural-language AI photo editing directly into your Photoshop workflow. Any MCP-compatible AI assistant can orchestrate editing tasks by calling Editmamei's tools, letting the model decide when and how to apply photo edits as part of a conversation or agent run.

The server runs locally on your machine via the npm package editmamei, which communicates with Photoshop over MCP via stdio. No authentication is required — installation is straightforward. The latest release is v1.3.0, and the source code is available at editmamei/editmamei on GitHub.
