Edinet Mcp

Overview

Edinet Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that connects you to Japanese financial disclosures through the EDINET database. Search for companies and retrieve balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow statements directly within your AI workflow. Rather than switching between applications, your AI assistant can call Edinet Mcp as a native tool.

The server runs locally via the edinet-mcp Python package, installed with uvx edinet-mcp. You'll need to provide your EDINET_API_KEY through environment variables to authenticate. Version 0.4.1 is the latest release, distributed under the Apache-2.0 license with source code available at ajtgjmdjp/edinet-mcp on GitHub.
